Seriously the winters are long in these parts , just 3 weeks back, temps were still 0C even tot there were no more snow coming down. . Its also time for me to loose the fats I collected during the 5 month of winter :'( . . Have started my cardio daily and going to doing at least 25 mins a stator the calorie burning to be effective . .
also time for me to try my spring cl8things I gotten last yr .. Yipeee
