halfway in my trip...my work item is done.. i managed to settle my US bank account opening and US laptop issued so now i need to figure should i Fedex the home country laptop back home and use my new US issued set?..
anyway i will think about this later...
Shopping is great in Big Apple, really good place to shop.. stores are open till 9 pm and opened on Sundays....

bad jet lag..
bad case of jet lag.. today was better.. I luv the clothing stores here.. had many nice pieces at a cheap price here in the US malls. luvly.
I think i will like my time here once i move over here permanently next year.. later i am meeting the housing agent lady to show me around and guidelines to get a place...

✈✈✈✈ To New York
All bags packed and i left the hotel at 7am, settled all charges, the bulk of the bill was charged and prepaid by the company so the burden on my Credit Card will not be so great. So glad all this was done.
Returned the car at the Hertz car return bay, as it was too early there was no one to recevied the car , and i had to drop off the key at the car key return bin. Hopefully i dun get charged for that small little scratch on the side mirror, the past 2.5 months i spent in Dresden was nice and fullfilling. Had my own personel time to do my own stuff and dress up and i will return for more.
Oh I really hate it when i had to make a last min trip anywhere. What happen was i had a domestic ticket from Dresden to Frankfurt, and to ensure that i used the ticket , had to reorganise some of the flight times. In the end , all was settled. Domestic ticket had its own ETicket number, while my Frankfurt>IAD>Albany and return had another ETicket number.. what does that mean.. that means running about for me.
At Dresden , i could not get the boarding passes for the US leg as it was on UA and it was on another ETicket number. So in the end when i arrived at Frankfurt, I had to go to the main terminal where all the normal passengers were queuing to checked in UA flights throughtout the day .. it was already 1030am when i arrived at the counter, and the place was packed.. and everyone in the queue seems to have 2 pcs or more baggage to checkin. I was gosh.. i will miss my flight definite. US flights had so many security questions to be asked.. etc etc. Questions like.. did you packed your bags? Did your bags leave you? the Laptop is your own laptop? etc etc.
at last the staff at Frabkfurt asked who is on the 1220 pm flight pls step up to counter... i bypass the long queues...When i got my boarding pass at last .. again no seat number... i was so concerned as i encountered a same situation 3 months ago on Lufthansa flights. In the end at the previous incident i was offloaded the flight as i was the 4th passenger without a seat number. And they rerouted me to Leipzig Airport which was 120km away by taxi. So i tot here i go again.. i am going to be stuck in frankfurt.. and miss my connection on Continental Air/UA at Albany...
Got my boarding pass from the main counter, and headed towards the gate. I had to clear customs again. At Dresden i had to take off my jacket too to reveal my ladies top underneath.. and one of the customs officer noticed my top and was looking at me. I just cleared customs quickly and put back on my jacket and cap. I was also wearing my cap i bought from Prague too. Really had a feminine look when i looked myself in the washroom's mirror. At Frankfurt i did not have to remove my jacket and i went thru the metal detector gate with no issue. I was glad.
Proceeded to look for my departure gate and found it , gate A55. I hope i get a seat number, that was what i was instructed at the main checkin counter. In the end i got my boarding pass with a seat number assigned..yoshhh. Then a funny incident happen.. as i was queuing up to enter the gate.. there were three staff managing the gate, and one of them called to me.. Madam , you can check in here.. and she quickly change to sir.. I smilled at her and said its ok i am used to it already. ❤❤
On board the plane , i found my seat and quickly settled in. Then the lady beside me ask the stewardess if she could move to the seat on her left as it was empty, and she mentioned " so that me and this lady could have more space." "this lady" she was mentioning was me... I was delighted ♥♥ .. i pass as a lady.. i looked down.. and pretended not to hear it....
Reach Washington and got my borading pass for the next flight after walking up and down terminal A... damm instruction from Frankfurt was for me to go to Counter A31 to get boarding pass.. but when i arrived there no one... so i made my way to tmy boarding gate A2 and pass a self check in machine.. and in the end i got my pass printed after talking to someone on the phone there...
Reached destination.. got my rental car...and got to my hotel safely..and had a lovely hot bath soaked in for 30 mins..

tomorrow i fly..
flying soon... first time travelling on my own to New York.. I will be flying via From Frankfurt via Washington , then finally to my destination Albany.
Hotel and Car is all ready.. and i have to pick up my car at the airport.. Problem is i dun have any USD on me... so i guess i will have to do a interbank withdrawal in US when i reach washington..
So excited... Bags all packed up and tonight i will do a final round to see if i forgot anything... most impt is my GPS... i need to have it with me on my carry on baggage... I am fearful my bags will get lost... i hope it does not.
Always no confident of all these transist flights which i have to connect and connect.
I was also getting myself off Reductil .. nearly complete the course of 3 months.. left with 4 pills which i doubt will last my business trip. So past few days i have been cycling on and off it.. till today.. i did not take any.. was terrible, i was dozing off in meetings.. and last night i slept at 830pm.. and got up today at 6am... nearly 10 hrs of sleep continous. Gosh.
Once i get my next course then i will start on it again when i get back from the states.

Was in Prague
over the weekend was in Prague.. nice litttle city.. heard many horror stories of pickpockets etc... but thankfully did not encounter any...

♀♀ Weekend ♀♀
was raining since noon times on friday .. till today sat noon.. 24hrs of rain.. gosh...week in office was great.. I bought two tops this week.. nice.. €3,99 each.. I am looking out for a rain trenchcoat to go with the weather here.
Today was in town and also looked at some of the trenchcoats or duffle coat.. the design look nice.. and i wanted to get one... but the price was €69,99 .. i will have to think about it.
Weighted myself too.. and seems weight is stagnant.. i need to loose some hiaz....
